Deposit Payment and Policy

Please email us for a current price list. Thank you!

*Please note: We are required to charge sales tax to MN residence- this will be added to the puppy price.

Please make all payments out to:  “Raymond Housker”.

We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, certified bank check, cashier’s check, PayPal (buyer responsible for the 2.9% transaction fee), and the Venmo money-transfer app. *If you prefer PayPal or Venmo, please make your payment at least two days prior to day of pick-up.

Because of the vast amount of inquiries we receive (some serious, some just “looking”), we require a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy and/or to be on a waiting list for a future litter.

Customers will be able to choose their puppies in the order of which the deposits were received. The deposit money will be applied to the original puppy price. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone, for ANY reason we may have, without explanation. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery or pick up.

IF YOU ARE PLACING A DEPOSIT FOR A PLANNED LITTER, THEN NOTE THE BREED and LITTER TYPE (F1 or F1B)  YOU’D LIKE YOUR DEPOSIT TO GO TOWARDS. (you can view current lists on the top of each planned litter page) ALSO, make sure you email us your name, address, and best phone number (s) to reach you at.

Deposit Policy:

Because of the vast amount of inquiries that we receive (some serious, some just “looking”), we require a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy and/or to be on a waiting list for a future litter. Customers will be able to choose their puppies in the order of which the deposits were received. The deposit money will be applied to the original puppy price. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery or pick up. If your puppy is flying out, the total amount due and shipping fee must be received seven business days prior to flight.

If a deposit is placed for a planned litter or before a pregnancy is confirmed, please know that there is always a possibility of the pregnancy not taking place. We do put forth our very best efforts to keep our dogs healthy and they are usually quite fertile animals. However, occasionally we will have a bitch not get pregnant.  If this happens, we will automatically transfer you to their next litter. Most of our females have a 5-9 month heat cycle. We plan on retiring our dogs at bout 5-6 years of age.

Please note: With each deposit, we are willing to place customers on a maximum of two reserve lists at a time. We ask that you decide which litter you want a puppy from by the time the first litter turns four weeks of age.

If a customer is set on having a puppy from one specific female and she does not have a litter within 18 months of the date the deposit was placed, we will offer a refund of the deposit amount ($200).

Deposits are transferable, but only ONE time. In other words, if you have placed a deposit and pass up a puppy offered to you from the litter(s) you had chosen to be on, you can transfer your deposit to a different or future litter, but you must choose a puppy the next time you have the opportunity.

**Deposits are NOT transferable or refundable if customer does not show up to scheduled meeting place.  Customer MUST notify us if they decide they do not want the specific puppy at least one day before the delivery trip, or sooner. Traveling is stressful on young puppies, and we do not want them to go on a trip, if it is not necessary. If we are in route to meet and you and you cancel on our way, you will be subject to a $100 fee added to your original invoice. We do this not to make money, but to try to encourage everyone to prioritize the schedule because it is stressful on young puppies to travel long distances and we do not want to have to make them travel more than needed when they are already dealing with the rehoming and weaning.
